 Rev. Dr. Jerry Stephenson Rev. Dr. Stephenson came out of the closet in a newspaper article that went around the world in two hours. After fifteen years as a southern Baptist minister, he accepted who he was, as a Christian man who happens to be gay. He has been featured on CNN, Phil Donahue, Sonya Live, radio shows, and articles around the world, showing God's love, hope and grace. His message is that God loves gays and lesbians for who they've been wonderfully created.

This mission is a half way house for men in recovery. It also provides AA/NA meetings throughout the week and weekend for those in Recovery. St. Francis is located at 208 SE. 8th Street in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
